Festival Fees


Full Festival • $190

Or you can register for part of the Festival. Partial rates are as follows:

Full Weekend • $155

Friday (Evening Intro) only • $15

Saturday (Empowerment Day) only • $80

Sunday only • $60

Monday Retreat • $35

Tuesday Retreat • $25

Profits raised by the Festival are dedicated for public benefit to the International Temples Project and used for the development of the KMCs and Temple Projects throughout Canada.

Accommodation and meals are not included. More details about accommodation and meals can be found below:


There is a Sunday lunch meal offered, and can be purchased at the time of registering for the festival.  No other meals are offered at the temple but there will be a variety of snacks and small bites for sale in the Festival cafe. There are also plenty of local eateries, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area.

On-site Accommodation (includes continental breakfast):

On-site accommodation at KMC Canada is limited and therefore only available to those who book the full Festival. Partial bookings for on-site accommodation are not accepted and we observe a “first come, first served” policy. See accommodation fees below:

Dormitory (4 people per room) • $160 per person
Twin room • $440 per room (for 2 people)
Single room • $200 per room

Refund Policy

Festival Fees:

If you cancel before Thursday, 4 June, we will refund all except the non-refundable 25% deposit. As of Friday, 5 June, we regret that no refunds will be issued. Exceptions may be granted in certain circumstances such as illness or bereavement; If you have any questions, please email registration@kadampafestivals.ca.

On-site Accommodation Fees:

If you cancel before Monday, 1 June, we will refund all except the non-refundable 25% deposit. As of Monday, 1 June, no refunds will be given for cancelled accommodations.

Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT-IKBU International Temples Project.
